On the bench is Eduard's 1/48th Spitfire Mk.1a commissioned by a private collector

Fresh from the spray shop
When working on a commission piece for an enthusiastic collector or a magazine article, I always have a second build simmering along in the background whilst waiting for things to dry or set on the main build.
This Eduard quarter-scale Bf109F has been slowly coming together for the better part of a year, while commission pieces have come and gone and I have been longing to get it finished. Well finally here it is. Already a great little kit straight out of the box, the model has been enhanced by the addition of Eduard's own resin cockpit and engine. I hope you like it.

Airfix Model World magazine is in
the shops now, featuring the second part of my mini tutorial series on choosing the right airbrush for your needs.
Get a grip suggests ways for you to feel at ease with your equipment while offering alternatives for those who struggle to grip a standard airbrush.

I am very excited to announce a new arrival to the studio in the shape of this superb, and very orange, Sparmax TC-620X
This addition to my studio equipment will allow students to try out and ultimately choose the compressor type best suited to their needs, and with the generous discounts provided to them, will make buyinig their perfect compressor a doddle.
