Fresh from the spray shop

When working on a commission piece for an enthusiastic collector or a magazine article, I always have a second build simmering along in the background whilst waiting for things to dry or set on the main build.

This Eduard quarter-scale Bf109F has been slowly coming together for the better part of a year, while commission pieces have come and gone and I have been longing to get it finished. Well finally  here it is. Already a great little kit straight out of the box, the model has been enhanced by the addition of Eduard's own resin cockpit and engine. I hope you like it.

Still smelling of fresh paint and the last two builds of 2025 are both from manufacturer Eduard: an Fw190-A6 from my stash, which has been ticking along while I finished work on the Spitfire Mk.1a commissioned by a private collector.

New Year price Increase

As from 1st February 2026 the price of a one-to-one 4-hour airbrush lesson will be rising to £110

This price rise will not effect those who already have lessons booked, only those booking lessons after the above date.

I am very excited to announce a new arrival to the studio in the shape of this superb, and very orange, Sparmax TC-620X

This addition to my studio equipment will allow students to try out and ultimately choose the compressor type best suited to their needs, and with the generous discounts provided to them, will make buyinig their perfect compressor a doddle.
