Presented here and in Portfolio 2 is a selection of military models produced by Jay, either as commission pieces for magazines or for private collections. Appearing in my very first SAMI magazine article in 2016, it reappeared a couple of years later in Model Aircraft magazine, and still resides in Jay's own collection.

The original tool Eduard kit, featuring Brassin engine and cockpit, cannon and wheels. Featured in SAMI September 2016 and again in 2019 in a retrospective article.
Eduard 48th scale kits: Both appeared in a joint feature in SAMI in February 2017 and the Spitfire later on its own in MAM. The Spit' remains in Jay's collection whilst the Bf109 was sold to an overseas customer.
