New Additions & Projects
Slow going
Anyone who visits this page regularly will have noticed that my modelling projects have been moving at a very slow pace lately, and there are a couple of good reasons for this: Firstly, I have been inundated of late with people wanting airbrush lessons, which is a good thing, though it obviously impacts on my building time. Secondly and most excitingly, I am busy working on my first modelling book, which I will talk about in greater detail in the coming months.

Currently on the bench is Tamiya's classic Heinkel He219 for a collector in Russia, now with a growing collection of models commissioned from me. I have been looking forward to this one.
Another new and very beautiful

this time the Squidmar Evolution 2024, a birthday gift from my nearest and dearest.
This is number 24 of a very limited edition and will be added to my showcase airbrush collection never to be used.
Still smelling of fresh paint is another Tamiya kit which became an instant classic upon its release just over ten years ago, their Republic P47-D Thunderbolt 'Razorback'.
This will appear in Airfix Model World magazine in the future, being the star of a two or three part masking tutorial - and there was a lot of masking to do, especially that checkered cowling.
